HALLOWEEN CONTESTS 2021/22

These are the activities and contests related to Halloween 2021/22 that teachers at the English Department are encouraging our students to participate in:

Pumpkin Carving Workshop (for all students at school). Friday, 29th October, at the theatre stands in the orange trees playground.

Halloween Mask Contest (for 1st and 2nd ESO students). Do not forget to wear it at the Halloween pumpkin workshop! 

Great prize for the winner group of students!!

Epitaph contest (for students at 3rd ESO). Upload your epitaph picture to your English class in Google Classroom!

Deadline: 2nd november

Halloween Writing contest (for students at 4th ESO). Write your story (100 words) in this PADLET.

Begin it this way: "It was a stormy night when..."

HALLOWEEN WRITING CONTEST

This Halloween contest is aimed at 4th ESO students at IES ÁNGEL DE SAAVEDRA .  

To participate in the contest you must follow these rules:

• Enter this PADLET.

• Click on the pen at the right bottom.
  

• Write your name, surname and group.

• Then, write a horror or mystery story beginning "It was a stormy night when..." Your story will not contain more than 100 words.  
  

• Use PAST TENSES!!

• Upload the photo or picture related to your story. It can be any photo or picture you can find on the internet.
  

• Everybody can vote for their favourite story and picture in this PADLET. These votes will be considered by the teachers of the English Department to decide the winner of this writing contest.
